Inheriting the Trade was favorably reviewed yesterday in the blog of Oregon’s statewide daily newspaper, The Oregonian. The reviewer calls the book “an eye-opening volume.” She says, “It not only dispels myths about slavery but also shows how that history haunts this country to this day.”
Also yesterday, on the NPR program “The Story with Dick Gordon,” Katrina Browne was interviewed for close to an hour. “The Story” plays in about 70 markets around the country. It’s a great interview and well worth your time to listen to in online.
